ABOUT ME AND MY DOGS

I'm Debbie Goldhawk and I've been breeding dogs for 45 years - Cockerpoos for 23 years and Cocker Spaniels all throughout my lifetime. I'm a 5* licensed breeder, and we are regularly recommended by vets for our breeding.

I live on my small family farm in Bedfordshire with horses, cattle and dogs. Animals are my passion.

All of my dogs are home-bred and Kennel Club registered with fantastic temperaments. They are all fully health tested on their breed bundles.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PUPPY

As a dog lover myself I like to make sure that one of my puppies is suitable for you and that you are suitable for one of my puppies, so I do like to meet you.

I am not keen on video selections and would only do this in very exceptional cases. Nor do I take deposits over the phone. I want the choosing of your puppy to be a memorable and pleasurable experience.

THE JOURNEY, YOUR PUPPY PACK AND SUPPORT

If you do decide that one of my puppies is for you, I will send photos and videos until collection. On collection day I supply a puppy pack containing a scent blanket, favourite toy, two weeks supply of food, a copy of the puppy’s health check, the vaccination record, microchip record and full socialisation documentation.

After collection I am available 24/7 for advice, and if you are in agreement, I join the litter owners on a group, so you can keep in touch with the siblings. Some groups meet up as the puppies grow up and often on puppies’ birthdays. I never leave the group.

Sadly sometimes things go wrong and in unfortunate circumstances I am always available to help if you need to make the awful decision to re-home your dog.

Henry, my son, lives next door to me and also has a 5-star breeder's license.

We both breed Cockerpoos separately but naturally support each other much of the time.

Rosie our cockerpoo joined our family in August 2013. We got her from Debbie and it was the best decision ever. Debbie is so welcoming and lets you take your time meeting the puppies and deciding which puppy is right for you, although Rosie chose us by cuddling up to my then 18month old daughter. Debbie’s puppies and their parents are all very happy and impeccably looked after. Rosie is absolutely perfect and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of puppy and we are so happy that we got her from Debbie. If we get another dog in the future we will definitely go back to her. We really can’t recommend her enough. Thank you so much. X

If you want a 5* breeder then Debbie Goldhawk is your breeder. We welcomed our Cockerpoo puppy Oakley into our home in September, 2023. From the minute they’re born, you are kept informed about their progress, until the point you arrange a visit to go and choose your puppy. You can see mum & dad too. The contact still continues with regular puppy updates & of course Debbie will arrange for you to keep Seeing your puppy until the day you finally take your puppy home. I’m biased ,but they truly are the most beautiful puppies , healthy & vet checked. Debbie is on hand always to answer your questions or concerns, nothing is too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate in having another puppy from Debbie. Although she a breeder, you can tell she genuinely loves all her puppies & makes sure they’re gonna have their best life after they leave. Debbie I feel has become a friend of ours & I will continue to keep in contact, with some photos of our beautiful boy.
