ABOUT ME AND MY DOGS
I'm Debbie Goldhawk and I've been breeding dogs for 45 years - Cockerpoos for 23 years and Cocker Spaniels all throughout my lifetime. I'm a 5* licensed breeder, and we are regularly recommended by vets for our breeding.
I live on my small family farm in Bedfordshire with horses, cattle and dogs. Animals are my passion.
All of my dogs are home-bred and Kennel Club registered with fantastic temperaments. They are all fully health tested on their breed bundles.
GETTING TO KNOW YOUR PUPPY
As a dog lover myself I like to make sure that one of my puppies is suitable for you and that you are suitable for one of my puppies, so I do like to meet you.
I am not keen on video selections and would only do this in very exceptional cases. Nor do I take deposits over the phone. I want the choosing of your puppy to be a memorable and pleasurable experience.
THE JOURNEY, YOUR PUPPY PACK AND SUPPORT
If you do decide that one of my puppies is for you, I will send photos and videos until collection. On collection day I supply a puppy pack containing a scent blanket, favourite toy, two weeks supply of food, a copy of the puppy’s health check, the vaccination record, microchip record and full socialisation documentation.
After collection I am available 24/7 for advice, and if you are in agreement, I join the litter owners on a group, so you can keep in touch with the siblings. Some groups meet up as the puppies grow up and often on puppies’ birthdays. I never leave the group.
Sadly sometimes things go wrong and in unfortunate circumstances I am always available to help if you need to make the awful decision to re-home your dog.
HENRY AND ME
Henry, my son, lives next door to me and also has a 5-star breeder's license.
We both breed Cockerpoos separately but naturally support each other much of the time.
